We had an enjoyable stay in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria adjacent to Las Palmas after a holiday in the South Coast, and the beach and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Lovely, fine bathroom, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I liked the place. It is exceptionally clean and in a good neighbourhood. It has marvellous and magnificent location, close to La Puntilla.

Had a pleasant stay on his holidays. The staff was competent with all requests. The location was best possible and top and I appreciated access to La Puntilla. Plus a shopping mall and a market were within waking distance.

Great location near the beach and many bars and restaurants. Convenient public transport nearby. Spacious double apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning and towel changes upon request. Excellent value for money compared to higher-priced options.

the apartment was fairly clean and located just next door to the beach and restaurants and tinoca apartments. staff was helpful and welcoming, helped with everything. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, loved views of the beach and sea. private bathroom was excellent. it was marvellous and fab to promenade.

And thanks to its central location it was very close to supermarket and access to transport and points of interest, the beach and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants, and the airport. Nice building, where we stayed.

The rooms at Apartamentos Tinoca were clean and spacious, providing plenty of hanging space for clothes. The bathroom had a great shower and was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, even leaving us candy for Christmas night. We had a small kitchen with all the essentials and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a basic but clean and comfortable stay near the beach.

Exceptionally clean property close to the beech and a supermarket and the central area. Nice building, service-oriented staff. Incredible and stunning location within easy walking distance of El Ascensor. Nice surrounding, set close to the ocean.

The beds were really bad. You could feel the springs of the mattress hurting your back.bad smell of cigarettes. no room for nonsmokers.

we liked the apartment and its fantastic location. situated easy walk to parque de santa catalina. you should try la oliva restaurant, only 5 minutes walk from this place.
